| Reservations |
|
| We recommend you make your reservation as early as possible to ensure
the date of your choice. We do book up early. Any changes in
original party size must be confirmed immediately. High Desert
Drifters reserves the right to add clients to groups with
less than 4 clients. |

| Deposit and Payments |
|
| No trip is a confirmed booking without a deposit. Deposits are 50%
of total for each trip to reserve your trip. Deposits are due within 14
days of making your reservation. The balance is due at completion of
trips. Personal checks or cash is acceptable. Upon receiving
your deposit a confirmation letter and information packet will be sent which
includes packing list, fishing information, a map to our meeting place,
and time we meet you. |

| Cancellation Policy |
|
| If you must cancel, deposits are nonrefundable and will be taken on a
case by case basis. |
|
| High Desert Drifters Cancellation |
|
| We reserve the right to cancel in the event of unsafe river conditions
or other circumstances beyond our control. If cancelled, we'll
refund your deposit in full or apply it to another date this is mutually
acceptable. |
|
| Release Forms |
|
| We must ask you to fill out and sign a release form due to liability
insurance requirements. |
|
| Transportation |
|
| Transportation to and from the river is not provided. We will meet
you at the put in on all multiple day camp trips and in Madras on one day
trips. We would be happy to contact a reputable shuttle driver for
your vehicle. |
|
| Not Included in Fee |
|
| The fees noted do not include the following: Personal fishing license,
Boaters pass, Indian fishing license, Special tags, Personal items,
Alcoholic beverages, Shuttle fee (your vehicle), or Gratuities to guides. |
